Just breathe...
Just breathe...

Things are looking up, but I'm still holding my breath over a couple of things.  I'm so nervous.  Hopefully I'll be able to share the news soon, and it will be news I want to share.  I don't know why I'm so nervous.  My stomach is in knots, even though what I'm planning is going to be a good thing.  There's just a lot of angles involved.

Meanwhile, I'll keep snuggling the dogs.  They're good companions.  =)

what i was going to say yesterday Lab-girl
(but I don't want to be a nuisance)
( I check Dooce.com everyday too)
was
live as a dog lives
in the moment

it took 3 foster dogs (for Dog Guides Canada) for me to understand dogs don't hold grudges nor do they live for the future. nor in the past
we (umm.... humans) could learn a nice lesson from that

recently i too have gone through horrible anxiety, job burnout, caregiver burnout
my gut has been in my throat for months, so tight there has been days that eating is not pleasant
(yogourt and soft boiled eggs only)
my heart thumping into my eyes
(i like the graphics that go with that)

and now it has settled

it came to pass

am i more mature?
less quick to anger?
able to live in the moment?
accepting what will work out- or what won't?

I hope so

hugs to pups- you are so lucky to have them
feel the cool ground that they lay on after a hot run-dig your fingers into the soil-through the grass
THAT's what your pups feel when they lay stretched out after a hot day.
That's it.

Take care
can't wait to hear your news.
